Techno Functional Consultant

The role involves designing and implementing solutions using Oracle Fusion applications.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop architectural solutions using Oracle Fusion applications.
Lead workshops and liaise with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Engage in business process improvement and handson configuration activities.
Act as the functional application expert and provide user support.
Maintain functionally controlled setups such as value sets flex fields and lookups.
Lead change control processes evaluate requested changes and manage system enhancements.
Conduct functional testing and oversee the implementation of approved changes.
Ensure system accuracy and data integrity through audit checks and security maintenance.

Skills:
Proficiency in Oracle Fusion applications and cloud infrastructure.
Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM or other Oracle Fusion applications
Ability to influence design capacity planning and build out of customer solutions.
Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion applications to deliver complex solutions that align with enterprise architecture
Knowledge of architecture frameworks like TOGAF.
Experience with Java applications big data and virtualization.
