Job Description

This unique and diverse role is suited to an energetic person keen to kickstart their career within Real Estate.

A diverse and rewarding position this is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring real estate professional situated within inner north Brisbane. A recent promotion has led to the need for an administrator to support Property Managers and occasionally the Sales Team through administration and marketing initiatives.

Through inhouse training you will gain experience in:
  • Processing tenant applications.
  • Diary and email management.
  • Sales and Contract administration.
  • Marketing and Social Media management.
  • Real Estate compliance.
  • Receipting.

Requirements

  • Hold a QLD Real Estate Certificate (or be within the process of obtaining).
  • Driven confident with high energy and positivity.
  • High attention to detail to support the sales team & property management team with marketing campaigns.
  • Career focused this is a business looking for people to progress and grow.
  • Real Estate experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Some administration and/or reception experience is highly regarded.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Team focused and willing to help others.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Hold a genuine interest in Real Estate.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word & Outlook.
