1) Skilled Boners BEEF
The Position Would Involve The Following Duties:
Operating switching controls to direct and drop carcasses and meat cuts from supply rails to boning tables.
Cutting meat to separate meat fat and tissue from around bones.
Washing scraping and trimming foreign material and blood from meat.
Cutting sides and quarters of meat into standard meat cuts such as rumps flanks and shoulders and removing internal fat blood clots bruises and other matter to prepare them for packing and marketing.
2) Skilled Slaughter BEEF
The Position Would Involve The Following Duties:
Operating restrainers and stunning equipment.
Undertake the kill process and facilitate dressing.
Slitting open eviscerating trimming and preparation of animal carcasses for the boning room.
3) Meet Cutter / Beef Slicer / Butcher
Must be competent in all facets of slicing of beef.

- Ability to manage priorities to meet production schedules
- Ability to work within a cold storage environment and with raw meat products
- Must complete a Preemployment medical functional drug and alcohol test
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
