Ranked no 1 in the area this modern upmarket business is looking for a Property Manager to join their team within west Brisbane easily accessible from Ipswich.
Working as either a Senior Property Manager or a Property Manager you will either lead or join a pod of 2 sharing in the management of 300 properties with support covering most routines finance leasing and general administration.
To be successful you will be a experienced within residential property management and looking for a positive culture and a role that you can make your own.

Requirements
- At least 18 months experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager
- Current Real Estate Certificate and Driving License
- Team Focused Friendly and willing to help others
- Strong and adaptable social skills
- Strong problem solving and crisis management skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- Strong understanding of property management procedures and legislation
- Progressive nature Open to ongoing professional and personal development

Previous experience as a Residential Property Manager is essential Hold a current, QLD Real Estate Certificate and Driving License Team focused - Willing to help others and contribute to the culture of a boutique office environment Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Well presented with strong negotiation skills and a good telephone manner Passionate about a long term career within real estate and property management Strong IT skills, experience with Property Me, Inspection Express, Virtual Inspection and RealWorks preferred but not essential Previous experience managing / mentoring Assistant Property Managers is highly regarded
