Job Title: Executive Assistant Latam
Location:
Remote (PST Timezone)
Work Schedule: Monday Friday 6 AM to 2 PM (PST)

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Founder of the company. The role offers the opportunity to shape and streamline the daytoday administrative and organizational tasks of a bustling business environment. The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who thrives in a fastpaced everevolving environment and is looking to genuinely contribute to the growth and efficiency of the business. You should be someone who enjoys building systems from the ground up and can manage both the minute details and the big picture.

Role Description and Responsibilities:

  • Central Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications including liaising with professionals like CPAs and managing information flow efficiently.
  • Bookkeeping and Payroll Management: Oversee financial bookkeeping and payroll responsibilities for a small agile team. While direct experience is preferred the ability to manage a parttime employee for these tasks is also acceptable.
  • Inbox Management: Keep the Founders email organized and prioritized ensuring that important communications are flagged and responded to promptly.
  • Strategic Planning and Organization: Help the Founder in structuring the organization more effectively identifying tasks that can be delegated and aiding in the hiring process for additional support roles as necessary.

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role with a knack for working with dynamic and creative entrepreneurs.
  • Strong organizational skills and a love for creating efficient systems and processes.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate needs and execute tasks proactively.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.

NicetoHaves:

  • Experience with automation tools like ConvertKit RightMessage Airtable or Google Sheets.
  • Skills in copywriting/editing or social media management.
  • Familiarity with poker although this is more of an interesting perk than a requirement.
