We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team. As a Care Assistant you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to elderly or disabled individuals in their daily activities. This is a fulltime position with flexible working hours.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing dressing and grooming

Help with meal preparation and feeding

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

Help with household chores and light housekeeping

Administer medication as instructed by healthcare professionals

Monitor clients health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel

Accompany clients to appointments and social outings

Maintain accurate records of clients care and progress

Follow all safety and infection control protocols

Communicate effectively with clients their families and other healthcare professionals

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required

Compassionate and patient attitude

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable and punctual

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
