Job Description

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Project Manager Finance/Accounting (CIB) you will be responsible for delivering on below key areas:
Lead and manage finance and accounting projects within the CIB division from inception to
implementation ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including finance accounting risk management and
technology to identify process improvement opportunities and drive efficiency gains.
Develop project plans timelines and deliverables and effectively communicate project status updates
to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Conduct thorough analysis of financial data and performance metrics to support decisionmaking and
project prioritization efforts.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards and implement controls to
mitigate financial risks.
Proactively identify project risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential
impact on project outcomes.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement by soliciting feedback evaluating lessons learned and
implementing best practices across finance and accounting functions.
REQUIREMENTS
Over 8 years of experience in project management roles within the financial services industry with a
focus on finance and accounting initiatives.
Bachelors degree in finance Accounting Business Administration or related field; MBA or professional
certifications (e.g. CFA CPA) preferred.
Strong understanding of financial principles accounting standards and regulatory requirements
applicable to CIB operations.
Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects managing stakeholders and delivering
results within established timelines and budget constraints.
Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills with the ability to synthesize large
datasets and draw actionable insights.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate
effectively across diverse teams and organizational levels.
Proficiency in project management tools
