Fleet Manager

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to take on the role of Fleet Manager. If you have a passion for Fleet & Transportation management and meet the following requirements we want to hear from you!

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering or a closely related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in Fleet management within a manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience in FMCG Supply Chain Team Building and Training.
• Strong planning and organization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in English and computer literate.
• Demonstrated high level of interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to effectively manage teams.
• Prior experience with SAP is desirable.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabia Standards and transportation regulations.
• Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and Laws governing Motor Vehicles.
• Ability to develop organizational capability and people.
