Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Odoo modules and applications based on the requirements of different departments.
• Create new features and functionalities within the Odoo framework.
• Design and implement custom reports and dashboards using Odoo reporting tools.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and propose effective solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Odoo modules and applications.
• Provide support and training to endusers on Odoo functionalities and usage.
• Stay up to date with the latest Odoo developments and best practices.
• Perform system upgrades and patches to ensure the Odoo environment is uptodate and secure.
• Assist in database management backup and migration tasks for the Odoo system.
• Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth integration of Odoo with other systems.
• Manage user access and security settings within Odoo to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Monitor Odoo system performance and make recommendations for improving efficiency and user experience.
• Document Odoo processes customizations and configurations for future reference and compliance.
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of hardware and software technologies related to the Odoo ecosystem.
• Provide afterhours support for critical issues related to Odoo and associated IT infrastructure.

Requirements:

• A Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field is often required.
• Certifications in Odoo development network administration or other relevant IT fields can be advantageous.
