Job Description
Description for Procurement Coordinator
- Should be proficient with Excel.
- Good communication skills (English).
- Help in maintaining Material requisition forms being received. i.e timely order placement.
- Help in generating and creating purchase orders for individual suppliers.
- Review MR forms to ensure no item is procured unnecessarily.
- Documenting and filing.
- Follow up with supplier and logistics (If required).
- Maintain MR report.
- Look for new suppliers (If required).
- Help in handling local purchases.
- Updating supplier information (If required).
- Coordinating with stores department and factory on replenishing core products.
Job Type: Fulltime
Pay: QAR3000.00 QAR3500.00 per month
