Job Description
- Maintenance and Repair
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues with HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and kitchen equipment.
- Conduct minor carpentry, painting, and plastering tasks to maintain the hotel's aesthetics.
- Electrical Systems:
- Inspect, repair, and maintain electrical systems, including lighting, outlets, and circuit breakers.
- Ensure all electrical installations comply with safety regulations and hotel standards.
- Plumbing Systems:
- Maintain and repair plumbing fixtures, pipes, and drainage systems.
- Address and resolve plumbing emergencies such as leaks and blockages.
- HVAC Systems:
- Monitor and maintain HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform seasonal maintenance and repairs on heating and cooling equipment.
- Guest Room Maintenance:
- Address maintenance requests from guests promptly and efficiently.
- Perform general repairs in guest rooms, including furniture, fixtures, and appliances.
