Job Description
- Assist in the daily F&B operations.
- Ensure that standards, service behaviors, and proper grooming is always adhered to.
- Support with the rostering of the team and delegation of tasks.
- Supervise the preparation, display, and delivery of food and drinks as well as making sure to provide prompt and excellent service.
- Settle guests' complaints.
- Take on other ad-hoc duties when the whole team needs to pull together.
