Job Description
- Membership Sales: Proactively contact potential clients to inform them about the health club’s facilities, services, and membership benefits. Aim to secure new memberships and renew existing ones by effectively communicating the value and features of our health club.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and personalized communication. Understand and anticipate client needs to better align our offerings with their fitness goals.
- Promotions and Campaigns: Participate in the creation and execution of sales campaigns and promotions to increase club membership and retention rates. Use various communication tools including phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.
- Reporting and Administration: Maintain accurate records of all contacts and conversations in the health club’s CRM system. Prepare regular reports on sales activities and outcomes for the Health Club Manager.
- Feedback Collection: Solicit feedback from clients and prospects to understand their satisfaction and concerns with the health club’s offerings. Use insights gained to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
