Engineering Manager

Education and qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
An advanced degree such as a master's or doctorate in engineering or project management is preferred.
Technical knowledge:

Extensive knowledge of engineering principles and their applications in the specific field of work.
A deep understanding of the technology used in the industry or project in question.
Administrative and leadership skills:

Experience supervising engineering teams and directing them towards achieving project or company goals.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor and problem solve.
