Lead Document Control

Correspondence and Review/approval activities on Company Onshore Project. Responsible for administration and implementation of EDMS (Project Information Management System), and Distribution Matrix. Maintains the integrity of Information Management procedures via approved System templates and metadata, including documentation workflow and storage of technical project data and documentation both hardcopy and electronic. Ensure Project Information Handover (PIH) compliance for handover of documentation for operations. Responsible for ensuring that project documentation flows between locations and departments (PMT and EPC Contractor) according to approved plans and procedures during all phases of project execution.
