Education and qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or industrial technology, or a diploma in the same field.
Good computer skills and related computer software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
Artistic skills:

Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and detailed plans.
Working knowledge of mechanical processes, manufacturing and assembly methods.
Good understanding of the equipment and tools used in the mechanical workshop.
