Project and Continuous Improvement Leader - Cordoba Argentina

We are actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Continuous Improvement Project Lead to lead and optimize artificial intelligence projects a pivotal role in our company.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning execution and completion and implementing continuous improvement strategies to maximize efficiency and quality across all AIrelated processes.

Responsibilities:

Project Management:
Define projects scope objectives and deliverables in collaboration with interested parties.
Develop detailed project plans including timelines resources and budgets specific to projects.
Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Monitor project progress identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues that arise.
Ensure that projects finish on time within budget and to the required quality.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for improvement in internal processes using continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma Kaizen and others).
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and product quality.
Perform process analysis and develop KPIs to measure the performance and results of the implemented improvements.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement among teams and provide training and support when necessary.

Coordination and Communication:

Facilitate effective communication between project teams and stakeholders.
Prepare and present regular reports on the status of AI projects and continuous improvement initiatives to senior management.
Ensure accurate and complete documentation of all projects and improvements is maintained.

Innovation and Technology:

Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in artificial intelligence and project management.
Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies that can improve efficiency and quality of work.

Requirements:

University degree in Engineering Computer Science Business Administration or related field.
Certifications in project management (PMP PRINCE2) and continuous improvement (Lean Six Sigma) are highly valued.
Experience: Minimum five years of experience in AI project management and continuous improvement preferably in technology or artificial intelligence companies.
English advance.
Portuguese: very convenient.

Technical skills:

Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile Scrum Waterfall).
Experience in project management tools (MS Project JIRA Asana).
Familiarity with artificial intelligence technologies and data analysis.
Knowledge of programming languages and AI tools (Python TensorFlow PyTorch and others).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
