Job Description
This is a remote position.
Customer service agents while working for our clients provide phonebased support to resolve product issues answer account and billing questions and sometimes make new sales. Secluded space in your home away from noise such as children pets construction or other background noises.

Ability to multitask and problemsolve in a fastpaced environment

Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
