Business Analyst CBAP

Job Title: Business Analyst (CBAP)
Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

• Gather document and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
• Develop and maintain detailed business process documentation
• Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies
• Collaborate with project managers developers and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business goals
• Develop use cases user stories and other artifacts to support solution design
• Facilitate workshops meetings and presentations with stakeholders
• Assist in the development of business cases and project charters
• Perform impact analysis of proposed changes
• Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Support testing and validation processes to ensure solutions meet business needs
• Provide training and support to endusers as needed

• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification is required
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst preferably in a similar industry
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
