Job Description: This position is for an experienced Avionics Technician skilled in Avionics Build including Harnesses PCBs inspection and testing of diverse aircraft. Proficient in inprocess inspections testing ringing out HiPot assembly/disassembly.

Working high paced in a first shift environment with occasional OT if needed.

Minimum 57 years experience or greater
Must be fully aware and work within IPC 610 and IPC 620 and Soldering to the J standard.
IPCJSTD001: Requirements for Soldered Electrical and Electronic Assemblies
IPCA610 Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies
IPC/WHMAA620 Requirements and Acceptance for Cable and Wire Harness Assemblies Certifications a plus.
Read and Understand Drawings Bills of Materials Build Instructions Inspection and Test Plans.
Be able to perform the various kit checks part numbers verification builds selfinspections and final inspections for harnesses components SubAssemblies and Assemblies.
Be familiar with and able to install inline components as required in documentation.
Familiar with installation of harnesses on air vehicles and perform terminations and inspections on aircraft if required.
