We have an exciting opportunity for a technical inside salesperson to join our aftermarket sales team in our Orange MA office. If you re a high energy GoGetter with strong communication skills this will be an exciting position for you. Success in this position will lead to higher earnings and is eligible for a bonus potential.
Client is an ISO 9001 publicly traded global manufacturer of valves slide gates & flow control related products. Our products are used in the water & wastewater facilities all over the world.

Responsibilities:
The Technical Inside Sales Rep will answer telephone and emails related to incoming leads; process RFQs and pass on technical questions to application engineers.
Call outside sales reps who work the project with the client and support them with quotes technical and marketing information.
Develop product knowledge on valves and gates.
Peoplefocused: be ready to answer questions and provide support when called on.
TEAM player. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must!
This will be a great fit for a detail oriented multi tasker who can stick to deadlines.

Ideal Experience:
The ideal candidate will have a motivation for inside sales and have 3 5 years of inside sales experience in a technical environment preferably in flow control products. Must have excellent interpersonal skills (phone and email) and be computer literate in a highpaced office environment.


Qualifications:

Computer skills: Proficient in MS Office (Required)
Bachelor s Degree or equivalent experience in a technical discipline (preferred)
Experience with CRM systems (preferred)
Ability to read and understand drawings
A strong understanding of an industrial manufacturing environment
Wellorganized with excellent oral and written communication skills

Schedule:
8 hour shift Monday to Friday

Education:
Bachelors (Preferred not required)

Experience:
Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required)
Sales: 3 years (Required)
