Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ETL (Extract Transform Load) Developer with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) and SQL/PL SQL development with proficiency in SQL jobs and MS SQL. Additionally knowledge of Python Pandas and Numpy for data transformation as well as a basic understanding of AWS services will be considered a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- ETL Development: Design develop and maintain ETL processes using SSIS for data extraction transformation and loading into various data repositories.
- SQL/PL SQL Development: Write and optimize SQL/PL SQL queries and procedures to support data transformations and business requirements.
- SQL Jobs: Create and manage SQL jobs for scheduling and automating ETL processes and datarelated tasks.
- Data Transformation: Utilize Python Pandas and Numpy for advanced data transformation cleansing and manipulation tasks to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Data Integration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate data from different sources and systems.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and implement performance improvements in ETL processes and SQL queries to ensure optimal data processing.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of ETL processes data mappings and system configurations.
- Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve datarelated issues and errors in a timely manner.
- AWS Knowledge: Leverage basic knowledge of AWS services to interact with cloudbased data storage and processing solutions (e.g. S3 Redshift).
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in ETL development with a focus on SSIS and SQL/PL SQL.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with SQL jobs in MS SQL Server.
- Familiarity with Python Pandas and Numpy for data transformation tasks.
- Basic knowledge of AWS services is a plus.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
