Overview

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop design proposals.
• Create detailed drawings blueprints and models using specialized computer software.
• Oversee the implementation of design plans and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders including engineers contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site visits to assess progress identify issues and propose solutions to ensure quality and safety.
• Manage project timelines budgets and resources to meet objectives effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends technologies and materials to incorporate innovative solutions into designs.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and team members.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate sustainable and environmentallyfriendly practices into designs.
• Present and communicate design concepts and proposals to clients stakeholders and internal teams.
• Participate in project planning risk assessment and problemsolving activities to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all architectural undertakings.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of architectural processes standards and best practices within the organization.
• Ensure clear documentation and recordkeeping of all design and construction activities.
• Contribute to the business development efforts by participating in client meetings and proposal development.

Required qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Professional certification and state licensure as an Architect.
• 1 years of proven experience in architectural design and project management.
• Demonstrated proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD Revit and SketchUp.
• Strong understanding of building codes zoning regulations and construction processes.
• Excellent design visualization and spatial awareness skills.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively and present them in a clear and compelling manner.
• Proven track record of leading successful architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Experience in managing project budgets schedules and resources effectively.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and experience integrating them into projects.
• Strong problemsolving abilities and a detailoriented approach to work.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams.
• Experience working with diverse clients and adapting to varying project requirements and expectations.
• Uptodate knowledge of industry trends materials and construction technologies.
