Overview:
The position of Radiologist MD DNB consultant is crucial to our healthcare organization as it involves analyzing and interpreting medical images to diagnose and treat patients. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and interpret diagnostic imaging tests such as Xrays CT scans MRIs and ultrasounds
- Collaborate with other medical professionals to discuss patient diagnoses and treatment plans
- Provide timely and accurate radiology reports to aid in patient care and management
- Stay updated with advancements in radiology technology and medical imaging techniques
- Ensure compliance with medical ethics and patient confidentiality regulations
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss complex cases and treatment options
- Guide and supervise radiology technicians and other staff members
- Conduct research and contribute to academic and clinical publications
- Participate in continuous medical education and professional development activities
- Adhere to quality assurance and quality improvement protocols in radiology practice
Required Qualifications:
- MD / DNB in Radiology from a recognized institution
- Valid state medical license to practice as a Radiologist
- Board certification in Radiology
- Extensive experience in interpreting and analyzing medical imaging tests
- Indepth knowledge of various radiology procedures and equipment
- Strong proficiency in medical interpretation and diagnosis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
