Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
Manage the entire recruitment process from job analysis to offer acceptance.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies related to HR administration.
Oversee performance management including goal setting performance evaluations and coaching.
Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of HR activities.
Job Requirements :
Proven experience in HR administration preferably in a senior role.
Strong understanding of talent acquisition employee engagement payroll administration general administration industrial relations recruitment housekeeping management manpower handling and HR administration.
Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
