Job Description
Position: IT Team LeadJAVA
Location: Jabalpur
Experience: 4 years of handson experience in Java and React technologies based development
Salary : No bar for deserving candidates
Role Overview: As an IT Team Lead you will be responsible for developing and maintaining both the Back End and Front End of our project. Youll work closely with our crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality scalable solutions that meet our clients needs.

Job Requirements:
- Strong understanding and experience in ObjectOriented technology and standard Java development frameworks
- Extensive knowledge of Core Java Advance Java Hibernate modern Spring Frameworks (Spring Boot Spring MVC Spring Security etc.)
- Experience in Microservices architecture and REST API Development
- Experience and proficiency in Kubernetes kubernetes operatorscontainers and Linux operating Systems. Also an understanding of Kubernetes Deployment strategies Kubernetes environments and cluster management is must.
- Must have handson experience with API gateways ingress/egress gateways
- Strong knowledge of Spring Boot Kafka Docker and Json and experience with cloud computing platforms AWS Azure GCP etc.
- Strong Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) experience using Jenkins or any other CI/CD tool (must have)
- Good Knowledge and experience on Mysql PostgreSQL Java 17 JUnit and Webbased development React JS(Mandatory).
- Knowledge of working on Application performance and monitoring is mandatory and knowledge of SMPP and CPaaS is good to have
- Experience with pragmatically matching technical solutions to business needs
- Experience in testing with JUnit/ Selenium or Mockito
- Strong collaboration communication coaching and leadership skills
Preferred Background:
- Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science or IT a related discipline
- Experience implementing a rolebased security model and configuring permissions and privileges
- Experience developing enterprise(B2B) applications that support high traffic volumes
- Handson experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure kubernetes)
- Considerable development exposure to Linux Message broker Message Routing integration Spring Integration patterns
- Worked on Telecom domain
- Basic knowledge of Struts
- Have handled lead and managed the IT team
- Experience with GoLang and Python is a plus
- Experience in project management software such as: Jira Azure Notion Agile
- Advance knowledge of socket and thread based programming
