The Quality Check position is crucial to ensuring the accuracy and reliability of laboratory testing and analysis. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality checks on laboratory testing procedures and results.
- Implement and maintain quality control systems and protocols.
- Identify deviations and nonconformities in test results and escalate as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
- Participate in the development and implementation of quality assurance programs.
- Review and assess the accuracy and reliability of test data.
- Conduct internal audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address qualityrelated issues.
- Provide training and guidance to laboratory staff on quality procedures.
- Document and maintain records of quality assurance activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Chemistry or related field.
- Masters degree in Chemistry or related field preferred.
- Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) certification is advantageous.
- Previous experience in quality control or quality assurance within a laboratory setting.
- Strong understanding of laboratory testing procedures and protocols.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in conducting internal audits and inspections.
