Overview:
The Graphic Designer plays a crucial role in our organization as they are responsible for creating visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire inform and captivate our audience. Their designs are integral to the branding marketing and overall visual identity of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand and execute the design vision for various projects
- Create visual aspects of marketing materials websites and other media including infographics logos and brochures
- Utilize graphic design software and work with a wide range of media to create designs that meet the requirements of the project
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies and trends in graphic design
- Manage multiple projects with competing priorities
- Present designs to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into the final design
- Ensure all designs align with brand standards and guidelines
- Work with printers and other external vendors to ensure accurate production and fulfillment of designs
- Collaborate with copywriters photographers and other creatives to produce highquality content
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide innovative ideas to drive creative projects
- Participate in team meetings and contribute effectively to the creative process
- Manage time effectively and deliver designs on schedule
- Contribute to the development and implementation of branding and identity initiatives
- Provide support for various marketing branding and advertising projects
- Develop and maintain a digital asset management system for all design assets
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in graphic design or related field
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign and other graphic design software)
- Experience with digital and print design
- Solid understanding of typography color theory and composition
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Strong communication conceptual thinking and creative problemsolving skills
- Knowledge of web design and experience with content management systems is a plus
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and willingness to receive feedback for continuous improvement
- Ability to adapt to new design trends and technologies
- Experience in motion graphics and video editing would be advantageous
- Understanding of marketing advertising and branding principles
- Ability to efficiently manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Strong passion for design and a keen eye for aesthetics
