Job Description
About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Senior Manager to lead our Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA) Management Information Systems (MIS) and Budgeting functions. In this critical role you will play a key part in driving financial performance ensuring accurate and timely reporting and providing strategic insights to support informed decisionmaking across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the development and implementation of the annual budget ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Manage the FPA process including forecasting financial modeling and variance analysis.
Lead the development and maintenance of robust MIS systems to generate accurate and insightful financial reports.
Partner with business unit leaders to understand their financial needs and provide them with the necessary data and analysis.
Conduct financial feasibility studies and analyses to support business decisions and capital allocation.
Manage a team of financial analysts and ensure their professional development.
Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g. senior management operations) and external auditors.
Stay abreast of current financial trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
Chartered Accountant (CA) with 12 years of progressive experience in a similar role.
Proven track record of success in leading and managing FPA MIS and budgeting functions.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
Indepth knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and financial reporting tools is a plus.
