Job Description

Position: HR Generalist

Location: Bangalore India

About the Role:
Join our dynamic team as an HR Generalist where you will be instrumental in managing various facets of human resources. This role is designed for a versatile professional who can handle HR generalist functions employee relations compliance and more contributing to the overall success of our startup.

Responsibilities:

1. HR Generalist Functions:
  • Administer employee benefits and ensure policy compliance.
  • Develop implement and communicate HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage daytoday HR operations including record keeping and documentation.
  • Oversee employee performance management processes.

2. Employee Relations:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Conduct investigations into employeerelated issues and provide resolutions.
  • Mediate conflicts and foster positive communication within the team.
  • Advise and counsel employees on workplace matters and policies.

3. Compliance and Legal:
  • Stay updated on employment laws and ensure company compliance.
  • Implement policies and practices aligned with legal requirements.

4. Employee Engagement:
  • Develop and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Organize teambuilding activities and events to promote a positive work culture.

5. Communication:
  • Facilitate clear and open communication channels between management and employees.
  • Regularly communicate HR policies updates and relevant information.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Support recruitment processes collaborating with hiring managers.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
  • Handle employee termination procedures with sensitivity and adherence to company policies.
  • Ensure company policy and procedure adherence across all departments.


Skills And Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in HR roles preferably in a startup or dynamic work environment.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee relations matters with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools and Microsoft Office.
