Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Vision:
- Develop and implement product strategies that align with the company s vision and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends in the Real Estate Domain customer needs and competitor research.
- Define and communicate the product vision roadmap and growth opportunities.
Product Development:
- Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch including concept development design testing and iteration.
- Collaborate with engineering design marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
- Develop detailed product requirements user stories and acceptance criteria.
Project Management:
- Manage project timelines milestones and deliverables to ensure timely and successful product launches.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize product features and enhancements based on business impact and customer feedback.
- Track and report on product performance metrics identifying areas for improvement.
Customer Focus:
- Engage with customers partners and stakeholders to gather insights and feedback.
- Ensure products deliver exceptional user experiences and solve key customer pain points.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in business Marketing Computer Science or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5 years of product management experience in the real estate industry or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully launching/assisting and managing products.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and technology trends.
- Proficient in product management tools and software (e.g. Azure DevOps JIRA).
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
