Corporate Sponsorship Manager- Leisure

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to attract and secure corporate sponsorships for leisure events and programs
• Build and nurture relationships with corporate sponsors ensuring their ongoing engagement and satisfaction
• Negotiate partnership and sponsorship terms and agreements to maximize benefits for both parties
• Create and deliver compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate sponsorships into marketing and event plans
• Identify new potential sponsors and partnership opportunities to expand the organizations network
• Manage sponsorship contracts ensuring all deliverables are met and expectations are exceeded
• Oversee sponsorship activation and fulfillment ensuring sponsors receive agreedupon benefits
• Track and report on sponsorship and partnership performance and ROI
• Participate in leisure industry events and conferences to network and promote sponsorship opportunities
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to leverage sponsors in promotional efforts
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in corporate sponsorship and partnership management
• Coordinate sponsor recognition and appreciation activities
• Participate in budgeting and financial planning related to sponsorships and partnerships

Required qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field
• Proven 7 experience in corporate sponsorship partnership development or sales in the leisure or events industry.
• MUST have strong UAE experience.
• Demonstrated success in meeting sponsorship acquisition and revenue targets
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
• Strong understanding of branding marketing and promotional strategies
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to network and build relationships at all levels of an organization
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Detailoriented with excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Knowledge of leisure industry trends and best practices
• Proven track record in managing sponsorships and partnerships
• Flexibility to attend events and travel as necessary
• Understanding of financial principles and budget management
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
