Minimum Qualification Bachelors. (or equivalent) from an accredited institution Indicative
Experience 3 years Domain Preferably lifesciences / pharma / Operations

Job Description
We are seeking a Business Analyst with Smartsheet expertise to join our company. Working with the Technology & Portfolio Management group you will be responsible for the setup and maintenance of Smartsheet workflows metrics sheets and process documentation. As part of a large technology group you will work with Program Management Finance Technology and Product development
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Work on projects with significant complexity
Be an excellent teammate focusing on results collaboration and winning as a team
Have a strong sense of ownership of the solutions that your team works on
Be willing to work with and invest yourself in learning new technologies programming languages databases etc.
Be proactive and a selflearner.
Communicate effectively
Be an agile person. You desire a fastpaced dynamic work environment
Review existing technologies for suitability and make recommendations for change
Manage complex Smartsheet applications critical to business continuity
Building test plans and defining automated product flows with acceptance tests.
Using the standard Smartsheet toolset to suggest define create and roll out new workflows.
Create process documentation and SOPs.
Understanding of how to create SmartSheet metadata sheets that support workflows and dashboards
Create integrated orglevel reports and (visually brilliant) dashboards with data from multiple sources
Create and implement complex automation based on designed workflows to ensure information gets where it needs to
Manage approval automation.
Selflearning with SmartSheet academy
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Smartsheet technologies and recommend innovative solutions to optimize our PMO processes.
Promote knowledge sharing on Smartsheet features.
Manage workshop sessions with key stakeholders to understand key requirements and pain points.
Run and organize UAT for new workflows and SmartSheets artifacts
Use Adobe Pro to create documents for export from SmartSheets
Understanding of connectors into SmartSheets i.e. JIRA
Create workflows and manage the implementation of these connectors.
Basic knowledge of PowerBI and the ability to create simple visuals using data
Key Requirements
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a keen eye for detail
Strong experience working administratively with SmartSheets
Proven track record of using Smartsheet and setting up metrics using Excel formulae.
