Key Responsibilities:

• Assessing and triaging patients based on their medical needs
• Administering urgent medical interventions to stabilize patients
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Providing timely and accurate documentation of patient care
• Participating in medical rounds and case discussions
• Conducting emergency medical procedures as required
• Ensuring compliance with medical protocols and standards
• Overseeing the smooth functioning of the emergency department
• Communicating effectively with patients families and staff
• Participating in continuous medical education and training
• Contributing to quality improvement initiatives

• Supervising junior medical staff and support personnel as needed

Required Qualifications:

• MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution
• Valid medical license to practice in Gujarat
• Proven experience in emergency medicine or relevant clinical setting
• Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Sound medical knowledge and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Ability to handle highpressure situations with composure
• Good problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilities
• Understanding of medical ethics and patient confidentiality
• Ability to work in shifts and respond to oncall duties
