Job Description
As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) you will play a pivotal role in steering the financial strategy and
ensuring the companys financial health and sustainability. You will collaborate closely with the executive team to drive
financial planning analysis and reporting as well as provide strategic insights to support business growth and
operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives
ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports including income
statements balance sheets and cash flow statements.
Financial Accounting Oversight: Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in accordance
with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and relevant regulatory requirements.
P&L Analysis and Optimization: Analyze revenue streams cost structures and profitability drivers to optimize the
companys P&L performance identifying opportunities for revenue growth and margin improvement.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes to provide insights into financial
performance and support decisionmaking.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective risk management practices and ensure
compliance with regulatory requirements.
Investor Relations: Manage relationships with investors and stakeholders providing transparent and timely
financial updates and insights.
Investor Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for investors and analysts managing investor
communications presentations and meetings to promote transparency and build investor confidence.
Capital Management: Optimize capital allocation and fundraising activities to support business expansion and
strategic initiatives.
Financial Operations: Streamline financial operations processes and systems to enhance efficiency and
scalability.
Team Leadership: Build and mentor a highperforming finance team fostering a culture of collaboration
innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 8yearsexperience in fintech & digital transformation with an educational background in Finance along with an MBA or a post graduate degree from a toptier institute. CA is mandatory.
- Proven experience in profit and loss management business development and revenue generation.
- Strong track record of driving and executing digital strategies with significant business impact delivered
- Hands on in architecture of digital roadmaps developing and deploying scalable products and collaborating with crossfunctional teams across levels.
- Adept with digital transformation technologies automation data & analytics to be abreast with industry trends.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
