Eligibility Criteria:
Min Experience: Min 4 years
Qualification: MBA or bachelors degree in business administration Marketing Sales Economics or a related field Considerable with min 75% in 10th/12th/Graduation
Communication Skills: Good Communication Skills in English Reading & Writing expected.
Location: Fully Onsite Position at our Mohali (Punjab) office.
Remuneration: No Bar in Salary.
Working days/time: MonFriday (9am to 6pm)
Required Skills:
- Good handson Upwork and sound knowledge of Freelancer Fiverr PPH Twago and Turing.
- Having a fair understanding of web and mobile technologies both frontend and backend.
- Confident enough about bidding lead generation and welcome messages.
- Collaborate with senior managers to grab and convert opportunities frequently.
- Possess a strong understanding of the latest industry developments and stay up to date with global tech affairs.
- Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on priorities and goal setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Superior presentation and communication skills both written and verbal.
Job Duties/Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels including but not limited to Upwork.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends competitors and potential business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective strategies for business growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
