Growth Operations Internship Fulltime
Stipend: Up to INR 15000 per month

Tenure: 6 months opportunity to convert to FTE (performancebased)

Work Policies: Flexible hours 6 days/week typically 3 days inoffice. Remotefriendly for exceptional candidates.
You can expect to put in a total of 45 hours/week.
About The Collectiv:
We are a prePMF startup aiming to organise offline retail. While the lions share of trade happens offline realworld distribution is incredibly inefficient. By leveraging a network of global trade partners we enable access to markets for upandcoming manufacturers and brands that supply worldclass products across categories.
What will you work on
Your primary job will be to help execute on experiments across various growth channels. You will work directly with the founding team and on a daytoday basis you can expect to be involved in:
- Lead generation through cold outreach across email phone and whatsapp
- Conducting & documenting extensive market research (prospects competitors vendors etc.)
- Creating brand & product collaterals for partner brands/manufacturers
- Lead qualification & client communications
- Creating content for organic inbound via social media website etc.
- Adhoc growth tasks
You will be a good fit if:
- You have 612 months of experience in a startup environment and are looking to dive deeper into handson execution in a fast paced setup. If youre an exceptional fresh grad we are flexible.
- You have at least 3 months of experience in a sales role and have done some coldcalling in the past.
- You see yourself as a generalist and are willing to execute across sales growth marketing product operations and more.
- You are comfortable with/quick to pick up tools like Canva Airtable Mailchimp etc. Essentially you should be able to get things done
- Youre resourceful and want a firsthand experience of what building from scratch entails
