Overview:
The HR cum Admin Executive at our Ashok Nagar location plays a pivotal role in managing human resource activities and administrative functions to ensure the smooth running of our organization. They are responsible for recruiting onboarding and maintaining employee relations as well as overseeing administrative tasks and facilities management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Managing the recruitment and selection process
- Overseeing the onboarding process for new hires
- Administering employee benefit programs
- Handling employee relations including resolving issues and managing performance evaluations
- Enforcing HR policies and procedures
- Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Coordinating with external partners such as insurance vendors to manage employee benefits
- Managing payroll and employee database
- Overseeing administrative functions including office supplies vendor management and facilities maintenance
- Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Addressing employee queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery Hardware and travel arrangements)
- Facilitating the resolution of office operational issues and managing office assets and supplies
- Facilitating team building activities and events
- Supporting other departments as and when required
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven work experience as an HR or Admin Executive or similar role
- Handson experience with HRIS ATS and payroll systems
- Knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage the full recruitment cycle
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Experience in handling administrative functions such as office management and facilities maintenance
- Understanding of employee relations performance management and employee engagement
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Professional certification in HR will be a plus
