Overview:
The Assistant Manager O&M plays a crucial role in overseeing the daytoday operations and maintenance activities within the organization. Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Operations Management or related field
- Proven experience in operations and maintenance management
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for O&M management
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fastpaced environment
- Understanding of budgeting and financial management principles
- Ability to drive continuous improvement in operational processes
- Certification in Operations Management or related field is preferred
