Job Summary:

As an AEM Developer you will be responsible for the design development and deployment of

AEMbased solutions. Your expertise in AEM development including templates components

and workflows along with experience in upgrades migrations and performance tuning will be

crucial. You will also leverage your strong understanding of web development technologies to

create responsive and highperforming web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. AEM Development:

Develop and maintain AEM components templates workflows and other AEMrelated

solutions.

Ensure the implementation of best practices in AEM development and configuration.

2. Upgrades and Migrations:

Plan and execute AEM upgrades and migrations with minimal downtime.

Ensure the stability and performance of AEM during and after upgrades/migrations.

3. Performance Tuning:

Optimize AEM performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements.

Monitor and maintain the health of AEM environments.

4. Web Development:

Utilize your expertise in HTML CSS JavaScript and responsive design to develop seamless

user experiences.

Collaborate with frontend and backend developers to integrate AEM with other systems

and technologies.

5. AEM as a Cloud Service:

Implement and manage AEM as a Cloud Service ensuring scalability and reliability.

Leverage cloudbased features and services to enhance AEM solutions.

6. Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with project managers designers and other stakeholders to gather

requirements and deliver solutions.

Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

10 to 12 years of experience in AEM development and web technologies.

Indepth knowledge of AEM development including templates components and workflows.

Proven experience with AEM upgrades migrations and performance tuning.

Strong understanding of web development technologies including HTML CSS JavaScript

and responsive design.

Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service.

Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
