Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and overseeing the daytoday construction activities on site
• Preparing and managing project schedules and timelines
• Ensuring compliance with building and safety regulations
• Coordinating with subcontractors suppliers and vendors
• Conducting regular site inspections and quality control checks
• Communicating project progress and updates to stakeholders
• Managing project budget and expenses
• Resolving any technical issues or challenges on site
• Implementing and enforcing safety measures on site
• Documenting and maintaining project records and reports
• Providing technical support and guidance to construction teams
• Participating in project meetings and discussions
• Assisting in the procurement of materials and equipment
• Collaborating with design and architectural teams
• Ensuring project completion within specified deadlines

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in interior construction projects
• Sound knowledge of AutoCAD and other relevant software
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong understanding of interior design principles
• Ability to interpret and understand architectural drawings
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Ability to supervise and manage construction teams
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations
• Problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Understanding of cost management and budgeting
