Experience: 2 years of experience in Online Learning (UG & PG Progams)
Location: South Delhi New Delhi
Job Type: FullTime InOffice
Job Overview:
We are looking for a driven and experienced individual with expertise in the Domestic Online Learning sector who is wellversed with the online UG and PG programs and possesses comprehensive product knowledge across multiple universities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the domestic online learning sales team by setting clear goals and fostering a supportive environment.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to exceed targets.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their knowledge of the online programs offered by multiple domestic universities.
- Motivate the team through effective communication and recognition of achievements.
- Set ambitious yet achievable goals and continuously monitor progress.
- Utilize CRM software and sales tools to analyze sales metrics and identify improvement points.
