Overview

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain serverside logic using Python
• Design and implement efficient reusable and reliable Python code
• Integration of userfacing elements developed by frontend developers with serverside logic
• Implement data storage solutions
• Identify and troubleshoot bottlenecks and bugs
• Ensure the responsiveness of applications
• Collaborate with frontend developers product owners and stakeholders
• Implement security and data protection
• Create scalable solutions for data storage and retrieval
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Work with the team to manage optimize and customize multiple web applications
• Keep up to date with emerging technologies
• Contribute to technical and design documentation
• Support and mentor junior developers
• Participate in Agile development processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience as a Python Developer or a similar role
• Strong understanding of serverside templates and modern frontend frameworks
• Experience with objectrelational mapping (ORM) libraries
• Proficiency in database architecture and SQL
• Familiarity with eventdriven programming in Python
• Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems servers and environments
• Understanding of accessibility and security compliance
• Experience in code versioning tools such as Git
• Knowledge of unit testing and testdriven development
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
