Job Description

Business process compliance analyst Thoughtworks
3years experience
Hybrid work mode
Pune or Mumbai location


is expected to drive the standardization of business processes related to the order to cash. This generally includes identifying and assessing the risks in the current processes designing mitigation controls and monitoring the implementation of controls. The role requires close collaboration with various departments including the Global Demand Operations team Regional Controllers Global Finance team etc
Responsibilities:
Identify gaps and improve order to cash process to ensure data integrity and SOX compliance.
Collaborate with various teams to implement key controls and efficient tooling related to order to cash process. You will be performing the following activities in this role:
o Review client contracts to qualify for sales commission payout and external reporting
o Review all the closed won deals to check if it has gone through the right approvals.
o Work with various stakeholders from different functions to provide insights into process gaps & mitigation plan
Identify opportunities to automate controls and guide the TechOps team to build the right solutions.
Candidate is expected to work with global team hence should have a good communicate background.
