As the Head of Sales & Marketing you will be responsible for marketing a senior living community consisting of over 300 apartments to potential customers in Coimbatore.
Key Responsibilities
- Market the entire inventory of apartments and services.
- Conduct market research to determine the price range and assess the competition.
- Identify potential customers by analyzing geographical territories and evaluating customer needs.
- Develop communication tools and channels to reach potential customers creating appropriate content for communication.
- Prepare sales contracts and monitor sales activities.
- Lead the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling networking and social media.
- Arrange meetings with potential clients and negotiate sales at desired margins.
Requirements and Skills
- MBA from a premier institute.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate/apartment sales preferably in the senior living space with a track record of selling at least 200 units per annum for a recognized builder.
- Experience in driving marketing campaigns for real estate companies.
- Proficiency in Tamil and English languages.
