Job Description Executive Administration
- Candidate should have experience of at least 56 years in the same field.
- Candidate should have an excellent grip on Vendor Management repair maintenance & Negotiation.
- Knowledge of MIS is a must.
- Candidate can independently handle the repair maintenance work Invoice verification and processing.
Insurance Management
- General Insurance

Vendor Management
- Take care of the daytoday repair of assets such as Carpentry Electricians plumbers etc.
- Renewals of AMCs such as pest control AMC printers or any other electronic equipment.
- Take care of all the adminrelated activities related to all the offices sites locations etc.
- Procurement of materials as when required
- Pantry management monthly grocery consumption and procurement.
- Verification of vendors invoices and processing them further for approvals.
- Coordination with vendor and accounts staff.
- Event Management which includes lunches dinners of staff parties etc.
- Checking of owner s lift ARD & DG test weekly.
Housekeeping
- Preparation and checking of the checklist.
- Ensure the restrooms/ washrooms are properly clean with sufficient accessories.
- Ensure the employee s desks dusting glass and floor cleaning along with cobwebs daily.
- Monitoring of the cleaning and hygiene in the office areas (facilities)
- Managing housekeeping person s staff such as properly dressed and completing the given task.
- Keep track of the housekeeping materials which been used is of hygienic and stock management.
- Frequent visits to all the offices for cleaning
MIS Reporting
- OPEX Budget preparation
- Preparation of Comparison sheets as when required.
