Senior Architect 6-10 years

• Supervising projects from inception to completion which includes tasks such as preparing approval drawings generating Bills of Quantities (BOQs) creating construction sets/GFCs overseeing services and managing interior designs.
• Leading and managing project teams efficiently to ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinating effectively with various stakeholders including consultants vendors and onsite teams.
• Liaising with external stakeholders to ensure project needs and deadlines are met in a timely manner.
• Conducting necessary site visits and inspections as part of project oversight.
• Leveraging your software proficiency and strong communication skills to facilitate effective communication and coordination within the project team.

• Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• Experience in overseeing a minimum of 3 Architecture interior projects from concept to completion (Mandatory)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Sketchup and Lumion.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively with team members.
• Prior work experience in designing and detailing largescale projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with demanding deadlines.
• A passiondriven individual with a strong sense of accountability for performance.

• Exceptional design prowess coupled with the ability to generate innovative concepts.
