Job Description

We are collaborating with a highlyrated BPO to recruit experienced Dutchspeaking Customer Support Professionals for remote positions in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The selected candidates will provide support to customers of an ecommerce brand.

Location: Remote/work from home in Bosnia and Herzegovina
Employment Type: Fulltime

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver technical customer support via voice chat and email promptly
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience
  • Document all interactions in a dedicated CRM system
  • Act as a key contributor within the internal team and wider department initiatives providing feedback/updates promoting collaborative solutions and supporting colleagues/department

Requirements:
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills in Dutch (C1 level) and English (B2)
  • Prior experience in Customer Support and technical support particularly with a help desk or other IT functions
  • Ability to undergo a background check
  • Strong independent work and remote team collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in problemsolving critical thinking and adaptability
  • Strong working knowledge of external systems and PCbased Internet and software applications (e.g. internet Microsoft Office)
