Responsibilities:
- Manage customer project rollouts
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and define scope
- Analysis and documentation of customer requirements
- Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders and management
- Track and report on the teams progress using appropriate metrics
- Execute project governance structures to ensure adherence to project management best practices and exceptional customer experience
- Become a subject matter expert in our products and be able to intelligently speak and report on technical aspects features and issues internally as well as with our customers
Requirements:
- 6 months of experiences as a project manager ideally in SaaS environment
- Experienced in project coordination and providing an exceptional service to the customers
- Have great verbal and written skills with fluency in English
- Be proficient in using standard IT applications such as Word Excel etc. and have an interest in technology and its application.
- Be solutionorientated with the creativity and tenacity to overcome obstacles.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
