Job Description
Position: CAD Trainer
Location: Remote
Employment Type: FullTime/PartTime/Contract
Job Summary:
The CAD Trainer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs on various CAD software to professionals. The ideal candidate will have handson experience and a deep understanding of software such as SolidWorks AutoCAD Creo ANSYS CATIA STAAD Pro Revit and ETABS. The trainer will develop training materials conduct training sessions and provide support to learners to ensure they achieve proficiency in using CAD tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs on CAD software including SolidWorks AutoCAD Creo ANSYS CATIA STAAD Pro Revit and ETABS.
Create and update training materials manuals and guides to facilitate learning.
Conduct classroom and online training sessions for professionals in various industries.
Assess the training needs of learners and customize training programs to meet their specific requirements.
Provide handson demonstrations and practical exercises to enhance the learning experience.
Evaluate the progress of learners and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
Stay updated with the latest developments and trends in CAD software and incorporate them into training programs.
Collaborate with the training team to continuously improve training methodologies and materials.
Assist in the development of certification programs and assessments.
Provide posttraining support to learners to ensure they can effectively apply their skills in their work environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering Architecture or a related field.
Extensive handson experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks AutoCAD Creo ANSYS CATIA STAAD Pro Revit and ETABS.
Proven experience in training professionals on the use of CAD software.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to provide practical solutions.
Patience and dedication to helping learners achieve their goals.
Certification in any of the mentioned CAD software is a plus.
Experience in developing training materials and curricula is desirable.
